Pandemic Borders: Essential Migrant Workers (webinar recording)

This Ryerson CERC in Migration and Integration program webinar investigated the extraordinary challenges that migrant populations are facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

International experts, and contributors to the blog Pandemic Borders, shared their perspectives on the rapidly unfolding conditions facing vulnerable residents and workers at and within national borders.

This webinar focused on essential migrant workers, their foundational role to sectors like health care, agriculture and food processing, and how they can be supported.
