Connecting with newcomers online: How can AI help? (webinar recording)

This 2-day CERC Migration, Toronto Metropolitan University workshop brought together leaders in the settlement sector that have adopted Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their communications and service delivery practices in order to deliver programs to targeted audiences. The sessions were co-convened by The Neighbourhood Organization and Jumpstart Refugee Talent. I was honoured to moderate both sessions.

Panelists explored:

  • Emerging trends in AI technology use in the sector
  • Strategies in adopting these technologies in organizational processes
  • Where AI is successfully deployed
  • The future of AI technology integration

Session 1 - August 16, 2023
