This Digital Navigator Program Toolkit provides guidance for setting up and managing successful digital navigator programs. The toolkit was created by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) who have experience training, supporting, and learning from hundreds of digital navigators and programs providing digital navigator services across the country.
Members of the National Digital Navigator Corps (NDNC), mentors and advisors of the NDNC program, and NDIA’s Digital Navigator Working Group provided support, advice, and feedback. They created this toolkit to provide practical information on best practices for creating a sustainable digital navigator program from the ground up.
