This Digital Navigator Program Toolkit provides guidance for setting up and managing successful digital navigator programs. The toolkit was created by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) who have experience training, supporting, and learning from hundreds of digital navigators and programs providing digital navigator services across the country.

Conducting research with newcomer populations presents unique challenges for both researchers and service providers—particularly when addressing the risk of harm such as suicide, intimate partner violence (IPV), and mental health crises, especially during stressful events and transitions. At the March 2025 Metropolis Conference I participated with Peel Newcomer Strategy Group (PNSG) on a panel presentation. If you weren't in the room, you may think you missed it. But, thankfully recently ran a similar panel and the 2024 P2P conference, virtually, so there is a recording.
