According to a new report from Twilio.org (the nonprofit arm of Twilio), 89% of nonprofits say digital communications are critical to achieving their organization's mission. And, while this is the case, much still needs to be done in nonprofits to move towards successful digital transformation.

In this report, the authors surveyed more than 1,500 people who have used programs staffed by Digital Navigators, and interviewed the leaders of more than 40 Digital Navigator programs to understand and evaluate the role impact Digital Navigators have had on addressing the digital divide.

Yesterday I co-presented with Jennifer Chan from the Department of Imaginary Affairs at the The Regional Diversity Roundtable's conference Centering Diversity for Workplace Equity: Imagining Collective Futures.
