Presented at the P2P 2021 Workshop Series, this session introduced the Newcomer Insight Collaborative (NIC). The NIC is a new model and platform that brings organizations together to make better use of their service delivery data for program planning and development.

Presented at the P2P 2021 Workshop Series, this session focused on partnerships between immigrant media networks and settlement agencies across Canada to get valuable information out to newcomers during the pandemic.

At the recent P2P 2021 Conference, I was part of the panel "The COVID Cohort of Immigrants: Tackling Settlement and Employment Challenges." My focus was on discussing the impact of technology on both clients and service providers in the pandemic context.

This bilingual Fact-Checking Toolkit (English & French) was created by Susana Mas in collaboration with the Catholic Centre for Immigrants for the wider Community Integration Network which supports newcomers. The Toolkit was created to help people navigate mis - and disinformation online.

On September 22, 2021, The WE Value Partnership project held their WE Value Partnership Final Forum. Project staff provide a recap of where we have been and a sneak peek into some of the work that they hope to undertake in the coming months. I was honoured to provide a keynote presentation covering the potential and future of technology in the sector.

The September 2021 Responsible Tech Summit focused on reducing the harms of technology, diversifying the tech pipeline, and ensuring that technology is aligned with the public interest.

During this May 4, 2020 Nethope webinar, part of the virtual edition of the ICT4D Conference and ongoing ICT4D webinar series, three different initiatives using digital technologies to help fight misinformation were explored. Speakers shared how their applications relate to COVID-19 preparedness and response.

In this September 28, 2021 NetHope session, participants learned about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and how to incorporate AI/ML into nonprofit programs and projects.
